We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it is in unused condition, it is within 7 days of your invoice date and follows the shipping and handling terms.

Shipping and Handling Terms:

- Shipping and Handling Fee are non-refundable.
- Return items are all subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Return or refund can take up to 4 weeks to process.
- Original receipt and invoice # required for any return and refund.
- All returns must have a RA# (Return Authorization Number) from us to be accepted.
- Return restrictions may apply to certain individual items, special orders and custom orders.
- All items must be in new and re-saleable, un-used condition, including the original box, packaging and accessories.
- Actual delivery day and time is determined by UPS.
- Product Shipment Standard is Regular UPS ground shipments; usually takes between 1 to 7 business days depending on your location.
- SolarSunProducts will ship Internationally, additional shipping charges will apply.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between SolarSunProducts and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, without regard to its conflicts of law rules.  Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.  SolarSunProducts and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the Provincial Courts of the Province of Alberta, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts.  The Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against SolarSunProducts that is more than six months after the date of the applicable invoice.
